*Dr. Dre’s legal team has served Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene a cease and desist letter for using his single “Still D.R.E.” without permission.

The Georgia Republican posted a video on Twitter Monday morning as part of her celebrating Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) getting elected as the new House Speaker. In the video, Greene is seen walking through the halls of the U.S. Capitol in slow motion with “Still D.R.E” playing as the soundtrack.

Greene captioned the post: “It’s time to begin… and they can’t stop what’s coming.”

In a statement to TMZ, Dre said “I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one.”

“One might expect that, as a member of Congress, you would have a passing familiarity with the laws of our country. It’s possible, though, that laws governing intellectual property are a little too arcane and insufficiently populist for you to really have spent much time on,” the letter reads, NBC News reports.  “We’re writing because we think an actual lawmaker should be making laws not breaking laws, especially those embodied in the constitution by the founding fathers.”

Greene sent a response to Dr. Dre via a spokesperson that read: “While I appreciate the creative chord progression, I would never play your words of violence against women and police officers, and your glorification of the thug life and drugs.”

Her video post featuring Dre’s song appears to have been removed from Twitter.
