*Chelsea Clinton hit up social media to share a funny story about Oprah noticing her mismatched shoes.
The former first daughter took to Twitter Wednesday to explain that she accidentally wore a pointy-toed black pump and a peep-toe black heel to Maryland Governor Wes Moore’s inauguration this week.
Clinton was getting dressed in the early morning hours and didn’t notice until she left home that she failed to grab a matching pair of shoes.
Clinton posted a picture of her mismatched black heels with the caption, “Getting ready early this morning to head to Annapolis for @iamwesmoore’s inauguration, I grabbed two black heels, and failed to grab an actual pair of shoes. I didn’t notice until I was in Penn Station. @Oprah of course noticed as soon as I sat down next to her…!”

Oprah introduced Moore at his inauguration as the first Black governor of Maryland. He is also the third Black governor to be elected in the country.
“I know that, with Wes Moore as your governor, Maryland’s best days lie ahead,” Oprah said when introducing Moore at the inauguration on Jan. 18. Oprah was 22 years old when she moved to the state to work as co-anchor for WJZ-TV.
“When I moved to Maryland, I had no idea really who I was, or what an Oprah was,” she said during the inauguration speech. “But I will tell you something: Maryland is where I figured it out.”
Oprah continued, “I always walk away from our conversations with a new perspective…new ideas…a new way of seeing things…a new burst of positive energy,” Oprah said of her relationship with Moore. WATCH below.
