The Reed family is from Muskegon, Oklahoma where Byron’s grandmother often reminded him that charity begins at home.

Consequently, his grandmother’s admonition is close at heart as he and Baron Jay Littleton partner for the vision to build the first of 55 homes by the end of 2023.  The next phase is set for the first quarter of 2024.

“Baron J.  Littleton, Jr. embodies all the important qualities to affect intentional impact, flawlessly and with humble grace.  We are excited about our collaborative partnership, ” states Byron Reed, the CEO of Reed Capital Group.

This is also a full-circle moment as well for Baron Jay. Due to Byron Reed’s influence and relationship with other financial institutions, the Baron Jay Foundation has consistently received grant funding since 2015.

Mr. Reed and Mr. Littleton have since become mutual investors and visionaries.  Baron Jay Littleton Jr. is known for his diverse portfolio, which spans the entertainment industry and philanthropic ventures.

Reed Capital Group is poised for aggressive expansion with plans to extend its program and services to other urban cities facing economic disenfranchisement or a lack of investment in affordable housing.

The synergy between Baron Jay Littleton Jr. and Reed Capital Group holds the promise of not only addressing the housing affordability crisis but also contributing significantly towards community development.
