*With the return of “The Best Man” franchise, we caught up with the cast to dish on all about the new series that is now streaming on Peacock.

Returning to reprise their roles in “The Best Man: The Final Chapters” include Terrence Howard, Regina Hall, Morris Chestnut, Harold Perrineau, Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Melissa De Sousa, and Sanaa Lathan.

Howard, who plays Quentin, was initially skeptical about turning the beloved movie franchise into a series.

“I was a little skeptical initially,” Howard tells EUR in an exclusive interview. “Going into doing that with Peacock and Universal, you know that fear comes to play, but fortunately we were able to rise to that occasion and tell honest stories.”

A standout moment (one of many) in “The Best Man” comes from the second film, “The Best Man: Holiday,” when ‘Air Band’ reunites all the fellas of the cast and they dance to New Edition’s “Can You Stand The Rain,” performing for the ladies.

When asked if ‘Air Band’ comes together again for the new series, Howard replies, “Hell Naw cause can’t nobody stand the pain.”

“People got bunions & sh*t and corns and recurring Achilles issues,” he continues.
