LA DA Considering Assault Charges Against Torey Lanez in Megan Thee Stallion Shooting

*TMZ is reporting that the LA County D.A. is overlooking the felony assault charge of a firearm a month after Megan Thee Stallion was shot in both feet as she exited an SUV with Tory Lanez.

Tory was only charged with possession of a firearm and it might be possible that he will be charged with felony assault after the district attorney asked the LAPD to further investigate the shooting.

Earlier today, Megan posted then deleted a photo of her injured foot after rumors circulated that she faked the extent of her injuries. She writes, “Lol what I have learned about the majority of the people on social media is ya’ll like to hear bad news before good news, a lie spreads quicker than the truth, and ya’ll really believing the sh*t ya’ll make up…I got hit at the back of my feet because when I got shot I was WALKING AWAY FACING THE BACK. Why would I lie about getting shot?”
