*The woman who was viciously smacked by rapper DaBaby in a viral video is speaking out.

In his apology video via Instagram, DaBaby said he was reacting to a flashlight-shining phone in his face as he walked through the crowd of his March 7th performance in Florida. But the victim, now identified as Tyronesha Laws, told TMZ that the phone was not hers, and he struck the wrong culprit.

“I woke up and my head was hurting really, really bad. My right cheekbone, it was hurting like it was tender. I did go to the hospital and I was diagnosed with a contusion to my cheekbone,” Laws said of her injuries after being struck.

DaBaby said in his apology video: “I am very sorry that there was a female at the other end of the flashlight on the phone. But, keep in mind, I couldn’t see you.” He then offered to fly the then-unidentified woman out for a face-to-face apology.

But Laws told TMZ that she didn’t “feel like his apology was sincere.”
