Here’s the latest on Vanessa Bryant. In the wake of her husband, Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna Bryant‘s deaths on Sunday, comes word that she has updated her Instagram profile photo.
In her return to social media three days after Kobe, Gianna and seven other souls perished in a helicopter crash, Vanessa’s profile photo will now feature Gianna and Kobe.
The picture, taken at the 2016 NBA All-Star Game in Toronto, shows Gianna — an aspiring WNBA player — lovingly reaching up to embrace her father during his final year on the Los Angeles Lakers.

Vanessa, 37, has not issued a public statement following the deaths of her husband and daughter.
Bryant, Gianna and the others were killed when the helicopter they were traveling in crashed into a hillside above celebrity enclave Calabasas, Calif., on Sunday, amid foggy conditions. As we reported, the chopper did not have a terrain awareness system — which was not mandatory but some say could have warned pilot Ara Zobayan, who died with all of the passengers in the crash, that he was too close to the ground, officials previously said. Other aviation experts dispute that.
The passengers were headed to Bryant’s Mamba Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, CA which is about 30-40 miles northwest of downtown LA.
Kobe Bryant was 41 years old.
