*The NYPD has arrested a Bloods gangbanger in connection with the slaying of Lil’ Kim’s cousin in Brooklyn.
Daquan Carter, 28, has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly shooting dead 26-year-old Courtney “Aggy” Tingle in Prospect Heights when as the victim walked outside of a baby shower he was attending on March 23, authorities said, via Page Six.
Tingle was reportedly affiliated with the Team Bang Out street gang and was reportedly shot multiple times during a dispute.

In the days after Tingle’s death, Lil’ Kim posted a touching message about the killing on social media.
“It breaks my heart to have to send out this special RIP to my little cousin Aggy who was shot and killed,” the hip-hop star tweeted.
“At times you were so quiet but as soon as you started speaking everyone in the room knew that you were a real riot,” she wrote. “You were a halfway comedian but I used to tell you that you need go away to college and get a basketball scholarship.”
Lil’ Kim added: “You had so much potential. We your family will greatly miss you and we will always keep our lighters up for you.”
In an interview with The Post on Thursday, Tingle’s cousin, Sheffield Clarke, called him “a good young man” who “was working toward getting himself straight”
“Everything was on the way up before this happened,” said Clarke, adding that Tingle “was very respectful” and “everybody loved him.”
Carter is being held without bail. He is due back in court on Dec. 10.
