#DogParkDiane Calls Cops on Black Man After His Dog ‘Aggressively’ Humps Her Dog [VIDEO]

*Video showing a white woman calling the police on a Black man because his dog was “aggressively humping” her dog has gone viral; as she has instantly become the BBQ Becky of 2019.

Meet “Dog Park Diane” … who took offense when an Attleboro, MA man’s dog got too close for comfort with her precious pooch at a dog park. From the dialogue in the clip, the man can’t wrap his head around why she would call the police over something that is perfectly normal behavior for animals.

The video features two women, and the one not on the phone has been identified as park employee Carol Cobb Ferraro, who states in the clip “That’s inappropriate for the dog park.”

To this, the man, identified as Franklin Baxley replies: “No it’s not. I’ve seen every single dog hump another dog here.”

Dog Park Diane, meanwhile, tells authorities over the phone that Baxley “verbally harassed” her.

“My dog is assaulting your dog’ – do you listen to yourself? Are you people serious?,” he says. Baxley, 42, told the unnamed woman: “This is crazy. Have you heard of BBQ Becky? Because this is the newest one.”

Later in the video, she explains her frustration over his dog harassing, “humping” and “assaulting” her dog.

She had demanded that he leave the park, and when he refused, Dog Park Diane decided to get the police involved.

“Why’re you calling the cops right now? Because I told you I wasn’t leaving the park? Because my dog humped your dog?”

The park worker joined in the conversation, saying, “That’s inappropriate for the dog park.”

“No it’s not,” he responds. “I’ve seen every single dog hump another dog here. She tells me to leave and now she’s calling the cops. Yo this is crazy.”

In a later clip, Baxley notes that had he been a white man, she wouldn’t have gotten the police involved.

Meanwhile, folks across social media, who dubbed the woman “Dog Park Diane”, are outraged at her call to the police, who were reportedly dispatched to the park but no charges were filed against the man.

Baxley, a former attorney, says he was forced to leave the dog park after “the cop threatened to ticket me for leaving my car running.”

“If I were not black, she would not have felt threatened by me talking to her and defying her orders for me to leave the park,” he told the Daily Mail. “I am a responsible dog owner, and my dog is super friendly. Anyone who goes to that park regularly knows me and will attest to that fact. … The dogs were living their best lives the whole time.”
