Will Smith and Family Share Medical Results on ‘Red Table Talk’ [WATCH]

*Earlier this year, Will Smith and his family gathered around the ‘Red Table’ to talk about getting their health back on track.

Appearing on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch Series “Red Table Talk,” the actor, his wife, their kids, Willow, Jaden and Trey and grandmother Adrienne Banfield-Jones had a series of tests done on the show.

On this week’s episode, Doctor Mark Hyman shared the results.

“The bad news: You got stuff,” Hyman said to all of them. “The good news is it’s all fixable.”

As reported by TooFab, the doctor said they all had genes that make them susceptible to being overweight and diabetic, and noted that they have “sugar-craving genes, a lactose intolerance and gut issues, such as toxins leaking through the intestinal wall.

“You all have gut issues,” he said, “but all that is so fixable.”

Hyman revealed that Will has a lot of digestive issues and a low amount of “good” bacteria in his system. He recommended more plants in his diet, supplements, fiber, probiotics and a lot more water.

Jada was stunned to learn her stomach issues were caused by a parasite, but proper medication will take care of the issue.

Jaden doesn’t eat meat so he has a lot of vitamin deficiencies, while gluten, dairy and eggs are all problematic for Willow.

“I’m not sad, I’m frustrated,” she said upon hearing this. “I would think about it a lot, I need my carbs, I need my vegetables and I need my protein, I obsess about it. ”

In the end, the doctor recommended plant-rich meals for the family and no processed food.
