*Noelani Robinson had been missing from her home in Milwaukee after her mother had been shot and killed by her father. This two-year-old Milwaukee girl had then been found almost 250 miles away from her home.
The body of this child was found on Friday the 15th, by a public works official who was off duty at the time along Highway 218 – somewhere in Minnesota. Noelani had gone missing for a week before she had been found and was missing since her mother Sierra Robinson was shot and killed by Dariaz Higgins, her father.
According to Law Enforcements
Public officials had found Noelani wrapped in a blanket after having died with a scary blunt-force trauma to her head. Officials released a statement saying that they had found her body and are now going to turn this missing person’s investigation into a death investigation.
The Milwaukee Police Chief, Alfonso Morales said that the law enforcement officials don’t believe that her death had occurred in the past 24 hours. She had been where she was found for quite a while and her location was consistent with the suspect’s time in the area.

The Father
Higgins, who was found to be a pimp during investigations, had been arrested on Wednesday the 13th and was subsequently charged with 1st degree homicide for the death of his wife – Seirra Robinson. Morales went to explain in the press conference that this suspect was the ‘textbook definition’ of the category of individuals their agency was used to confronting in their battle against human trafficking.
According to the complaint filed against the criminal in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Seirra Robinson had been pregnant while the suspect was still her pimp. After Noelani’s birth, the couple decided to stay together and the Seirra Robinson had decided to go ahead and end the relationship. This is where she had left Noelani with her father in Milwaukee.
The problem started when Seirra decided to come back for her daughter and this is where public officials are guessing things went south. As to why the child was found where she was, this was probably the suspect’s futile attempt at covering what he had done.
