*The latest lawsuit to target Tyga over non-payment of rent sadly ropes in his five-year-old son with Blac Chyna, reports TMZ.
Mezhgan Hussainy, Simon Cowell’s makeup artist and ex-fiancee, rented out her Beverly Hills home to the rapper for $40,000 a month. Tyga moved in in March 2017 and paid rent for several months before suddenly stopping in January.
Hussainy claims he’s made no effort to pay since, reports TMZ.
Her lawsuit seeks to evict Tyga and collect all of the back rent.
Tyga’s son, King Cairo, was also named as a defendant in the lawsuit because Tyga included his name on the lease, TMZ reports. The child is listed as “other defendants” in the body of the lawsuit.
