*Tamar Braxton and her music executive husband Vincent Herbert weren’t able to sell their Calabasas, CA, estate when they listed it back in October 2017 for $15 million.
So now the luxury mansion is available as a rental for a whopping $85,000 a month.
Page Six noted, “A timely sale might have alleviated the drama facing the couple, who are in the midst of an acrimonious divorce.”

As previously reported, Tamar and Vince have been hit with liens totaling nearly $450,000 — filed on their property by a nanny who was awarded a claim for unpaid wages, a limousine company that’s claiming unpaid services, a financing corporation and a bank, according to The Blast.
Braxton and Herbert are now ready to rent out the home, but they might have a tough time finding a tenant willing to cough up the exorbitant rent.
According to the report, the median rental price in the area is $5,800 a month, which is nowhere near the couple’s asking price.
