*Nicki Minaj is being sued over a t-shirt design that features a pair of boobs that are too similar to another designer’s, TMZ reports.
At issue is an inverted heart design made of two breasts stuffed in a bra.
Isiah Simon, an artist who says he’s the creator of the image and had it copyrighted on Valentine’s Day in 2015, has sued Nicki and Universal Music Group claiming they “brazenly” stole his design for her own “I Love Nicki” tees, which are being sold on UMG’s website.
Isiah is suing, not only to block the sales, but also the profits UMG and Nicki are presumably earning, reports TMZ.
