*Well, you can officially label them a used-ta-be couple. Yes, if you haven’t heard, activist and CNN commentator Angela Rye and activist/rapper/actor Common are no longer an item.
It was pointed out by observers that Rye “wasn’t on his arm at the Oscars” and, “she was also not at the fourth annual Toast to the Arts event Common hosted with the Ayars Agency.”
“Page Six TV” reached out to Rye who confirmed that she and Common were no longer a couple.
“We have and will always be friends. He is an amazing human being, and I’m a much better person because he’s a part of my life. May we all keep loving and living.”
Common and Rye started dating this past summer and were fixtures on red carpets up until recently. He spoke about dating Rye back in November at the Root 100 gale.
“I feel like I have to be more intelligent with the work and strategize more . . . I have to listen more and go out and do more work.”
*We can only imagine how scary it must have been for Rick Ross‘ associate who found him unconscious. You hear the fear and concern in his voice when he called 911 for help.
The person making the emergency call from Ross’ Miami mansion last week can be heard saying the rapper is “breathing hard” and is “in and out” of consciousness.
He also said the Ross had vomited and was experiencing cold sweats. Ross’ breathing was the most troubling to the caller, who kept requesting an ambulance.
As was previously reported, The cops were called to assist in taking Ross to the hospital because he became “combative.”
It’s obvious Ross has some pretty serious health issues, but not a lot of information has been revealed. In the meantime, Thursday morning Ross finally posted a message of love to his fans, and said “Ain’t nothing like home.”
