*By now you’ve heard the tale about the racist troll who called the police on some Black folks who were grilling at Lake Merritt in Oakland.
The miserable Cretan has been identified as Dr. Jennifer Schulte, aka BBQ Becky, and as one Twitter user noted, the Stanford graduate represents “privilege-based hatred, and lack a basic understanding of decency.”

Meanwhile, the Internet remains undefeated when it comes to finding the humor in situations that aren’t exactly comical. As such, hilarious #OaklandBBQ memes have been popping up across social media of Schulte.
Not long after she went viral, several members of the community gathered at the park for a grand cookout in response to BBQ Becky.

After the Internet identified the racist white woman as Jennifer Schulte, a Twitter user grabbed a screenshot of a LinkedIn account of a woman with the same name (which was deleted). Peep the thread below:

There are also rumors that she’s a professor at Stanford University, however, as reported by The YBF, the institution said they don’t have any staff on their roster by that name, but someone by that name did take a course at the university over 10 years ago:
According to our records, a person by this name earned graduate degrees at Stanford more than a decade ago. She is not currently employed as staff or as a faculty member.
