*A photographer who launched litigation against Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s fashion label over its Tupac Shakur t-shirts has dropped his lawsuit, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

A document filed in federal court Wednesday says that both parties are asking a judge to dismiss the suit brought by Michael Miller against the Kendall + Kylie label over tees bearing the late rapper’s likeness

The filing states each side will bear its own attorneys’ fees, but gives no details on any financial settlement.

Miller accused the sisters of using his pictures of Shakur without permission for their line of tees that superimpose the sisters’ images over famous musicians. The label argued the pics were obtained from a company licensed to sell them.

The line was later pulled admit widespread backlash.
