*At a recent in-store promotion in Los Angeles, Walmart debuted their newest partnership with one of the leading organic beauty, health and food African product lines sold in the U.S, Juka’s Organic Co., founded by former Wilhelmina model, actress, now business mogul, Juka Ceesay.
Ceesay, with the inspiration from her mother and women from her home country, Gambia, Africa, initially started her own gourmet and specialty food store in Los Angeles, which shortly grew into a national brand popular for their products. Juka’s Organic offers sustainable, all natural, organic foods and beauty products, ethically benefitting and harvested by groups of women farmers from villages of Africa.
Juka’s Organic Co., line includes Organic Red Palm Oil, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, Red Palm Gourmet Sauce, Baobab Fruit Powder, Shea butter, Organic Red Palm Oil Soaps, Red Palm Oil Capsules and many more, which are now available on Walmart.com.
The company is best known for their unrefined Red Palm Oil due to their sustainable practices that preserve the wildlife in Africa. The Walmart Super Center in Porter Ranch now carries Juka’s Organic Red Palm Oil, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil and Red Palm Gourmet Sauce.
