Sam Jackson to Ben Carson: Just Quit! – Sheree Whitfield Confronts Ex Over Past Domestic Abuse

*Actor Samuel L Jackson joined a chorus of criticism on social media directed at Ben Carson, the new secretary of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Carson, who many have dismissed has nothing more than yet another white man with a tan (or an Anglo-minded, black male boot licker for white folks), is facing a backlash after referring to slaves brought to the United States against their will as “immigrants”.

Even though Jackson blasted Carson for his controversial comment about slaves and immigrants, he’s not interested in an apology. Instead, he’s calling for Ben to quit his new gig altogether.

TMZ caught up with Jackson when he landed Tuesday at LAX, where he offered one piece of advice to Carson — and also took a jab at his storied career as a neurosurgeon.

In a sneak peek from next week’s episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Sheree and Bob Whitfield touch on the violence that he inflicted upon her during their marriage.

While discussing how co-stars Peter and Cynthia Bailey were able to go on a trip to Maui just days after getting divorced, Sheree explains that she and Bob wouldn’t have been able to be so friendly after they split.

That’s when Bob goes in about how he tried to kill her in a car accident and that he didn’t choke her hard enough during one violence incident. Bob proudly reveals his abusive side in front of a car full of people — leaving his ex-wife in tears while being comforted by her co-stars.

The clip has caused many to sound off on social media, wondering why Sheree is bothering with trying to rekindle the romance with her crazy, one-eyed ex.
