In a Facebook post dated Oct. 8, Emily Robinson of Florida said she cut off some of her pubic hair and sent it to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, in the wake of his leaked audio from 2005.
Trump was heard bragging to then “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush about being able to grope women, saying he could “grab them by the p**sy.” Robinson’s “emergency contribution” to Trump’s campaign seems to be in response to that particular line.
Robinson filled out the donation form, and instead of sending money attached a letter, which read:
“Dear Mr. Trump, I’m not able to mail you my actual p**sy, so I’ve included the next best thing. Cheers, Emily.”
Under the text, Robinson taped some of her alleged pubic hair to the page. She captioned the photo: “Yes I did. #protest.”
The Facebook post has since amassed over a thousand likes and hundreds of shares.
Women in the comments said they would join what is being heralded as a “pube protest” and send in their own pubic hair to the Republican nominee.
