*The Medical Examiner’s Office has officially announced that Prince died from an accidental overdose of Fentanyl, a synthetic opiate more potent than Percocet or even morphine.
Fentanyl is often used by cancer patients to deal with severe pain.
The M.E.’s report also says there were no “other significant conditions” that led to his Prince’s death, which outright refutes several reports of Prince having either AIDS or HIV.
Additionally, the report notes that Prince was discovered fully dressed, wearing a black cap, black shirt, gray undershirt, black pants, black boxer briefs and black socks.
His weight when he died was 112 lbs. He was officially measured to be 5’3″ tall.
