*CeeLo Green has had his share of legal drama over the past year, and has decided to discuss it all with his good friend Steve Harvey.

“I’m fortunate to still have fans who are forgiving, who are forgiving and understanding and they do realize that we are but human beings and we make mistakes, but I am not my mistakes,” he says in the episode slated to air the week for Dec. 7.

The former coach on “The Voice” opens up about his ecstasy scandal, which saw him arrested and charged with one felony count of supplying the drug to a woman in 2012. He pleaded no contest and also entered a special plea that maintained his innocence. He was given three years formal probation, ordered to complete 360 hours of community service and to attend 52 AA/NA meetings.

“Either it be by default or design, I am here humbled and humanized and with a heartfelt new album that really does address the wisdom and understanding that I got out of the experience. And so I’m very fortunate for that,” said Green.

Green, born Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, also asked for forgiveness. “I do sincerely apologize for anybody that I may have offended. I’ve been entertaining you for the last 20 years, and I would love to continue if you’ll have me.”
