*Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert are being sued by a former nanny who claims they owe her more than $161,000.
The nanny claimed she cared for their son during the “Love & War Tour,” and she wasn’t paid the full amount agreed upon. They insisted on paying her sans contract.
According to court documents obtained by Funky Dineva, she and her lawyer “requested payroll and personnel records but the employer has refused to produce them within 21 days of our request…”
Altogether, the nanny claimed she is owed $161,000. That’s $18,750 in regular wages and $120,150 for overtime wages, according to Sister 2 Sister.
Braxton and Herbert have been facing rumors of financial woes and not paying employees for some time now.
Yung Berg told “The Breakfast Club” he worked on her single “The One” and “everybody else got paid but me.”
