*A single mom with attachment issues has suffered a boatload of nasty comments and backlash regarding her albeit beautiful but alarming dance routine, of  which her baby is strapped to her back!   Although her dance routine  is symmetrical and beautiful to watch one can’t help but hold your breath in fear that the toddler will slip out at some point,  from the wrap that is holding her.

On her website, MsWrightsWay.com, single mom  Ashley Wright describes herself as a …

“Badass Breastfeeding, Baby-wearing, Attachment Parenting, Pole dancing, Yogi Mama who inspires and motivates men, women and children HER way!”

Ashley posted a video on YouTube showcasing her talents with her daughter  to the tune of “The Circle of Life”  from the Disney blockbuster “Lion King.”  Ashley was instantly met with criticism and few supporters.   The video has to date been seen by nearly 260,000 viewers  who either praise the dance, or wish Ashley would take her baby off of her back.

Ashley contends that  she “ uses social media to build her village, increase her family and establish a strong support system,  spreading the message of self love, healing and natural parenting).

Some critics say she is not using common sense, one said …

“If pole dancing flips her trigger then I say right the heck on, get on with your bad self, however doing it with an infant strapped to your back is just wrong..that child is not shatter proof what an insane thing to do…one drop to the head and that’s all she wrote”

Yet this is not the first time that Ashley has garnered media attention, having appeared on the television show the “Doctors”  after a YouTube  post showcasing dancing with her then 6 month old daughter.

“I’ve been called names like ‘stripper’ and ‘bad parent’ and while I understand, remarks like these are sometimes from people who were taught to shame their bodies,” Wright tells Yahoo Parenting. “People are mostly supportive, though, and say that I’m teaching my daughter how to love herself unconditionally.”

Well, we don’t know about that.  While we all have certain freedoms in life, do we want to risk the health of a child because we have the freedom to?
