*Reality star, entrepreneur, and LGBTQ+ advocate TS Madison says a long-running legal battle with online commentator DL Whisperer has finally reached its conclusion after what she describes as a court victory that includes a permanent protection order.
Madison addressed the outcome in a strongly worded post on X, where she urged supporters and critics alike not to encourage further conflict and made it clear she intends to enforce the reported court order moving forward.
“I’m only speaking this ONCE with peace and WARNINGS,” Madison wrote.
The post came after reports that DL Whisperer, identified in legal proceedings as Naqaun Tydree-Malik Palmer, entered a plea in connection with an aggravated stalking case tied to the dispute. Multiple outlets covering the case have reported that the resolution included a permanent protection order and restrictions involving future contact with Madison.
For Madison, the message was simple: she wants the conflict over.
How the Feud Escalated
The dispute reportedly began gaining momentum in 2025 following Madison’s widely discussed interview with NeNe Leakes, which generated extensive conversation across social media.
Madison later told Out magazine that she became aware of DL Whisperer after he began producing content about her online. While criticism and commentary are common parts of life for public figures, Madison has alleged the situation evolved into repeated harassment, threats and stalking.
According to Madison, the conflict reached a breaking point when Palmer allegedly discussed confronting her at a birthday celebration and later livestreamed himself traveling to and past her Georgia residence while making threatening remarks.
Madison has said that moment transformed what had been internet drama into a personal safety issue, ultimately leading her to seek legal protection.
Those allegations became a central focus of the dispute and marked the point where the conflict moved beyond social media and into the legal system.
Palmer has denied Madison’s allegations. In a statement previously provided to Out, he said he strongly disputed the claims and intended to address them through the legal process.
The Case Moves to Court
The conflict eventually landed in court.
In February 2026, the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, granted Madison a temporary protective order following allegations she made against Palmer.
The legal battle continued for several months as the case worked its way through the court system.
According to reports from Hollywood Unlocked and other outlets covering the proceedings, Palmer later entered a plea connected to the aggravated stalking case. Those reports state that the resolution included a permanent protection order restricting future contact involving Madison.
Hollywood Unlocked reported that the order bars Palmer from directly or indirectly contacting Madison and places restrictions on references involving her name, social media accounts and related content.
EURweb has not independently reviewed the court order.

Madison’s Warning
Madison’s most recent public comments suggest she has no interest in continuing the feud.
“Allow him to enjoy his FREEDOM and DO NOT ENCOURAGE him to continue his harassing and stalking ways FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT or for your own HATEFUL PLEASURE!” she wrote.
She also warned followers against encouraging future confrontations.
“Because I PROMISE YOU the law will be enforced fully and a decade of his Freedom will be gone!” Madison added.
The entertainer further stated that a “PERMANENT PROTECTION ORDER is in place and FULLY DETAILED,” signaling that she believes the matter has been legally settled.
An Apology and a Fresh Start
Despite months of public conflict and legal proceedings, Madison suggested she ultimately received the outcome she had been seeking.
“I got an apology and that’s all i ever need to hear from him again in this life,” she wrote.
She also encouraged supporters not to use the situation as an excuse to continue attacking Palmer online, saying he should be allowed to move forward peacefully after his reported release.
Whether the reported court outcome permanently closes one of the most closely followed disputes in Black LGBTQ+ social media remains to be seen. But Madison’s latest message makes clear that she considers the matter finished.
“I got an apology and that’s all i ever need to hear from him again in this life.”
