*Janeshia Adams-Ginyard, known for her role in “South Park: Joining the Panderverse,” is embracing the animated series’ biting humor, even when it pokes fun at President Donald Trump, whom she supports. The actress and stuntwoman shared her perspective with TMZ, noting that the show’s satire doesn’t spare anyone.
She pointed out that Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s long-running comedy takes aim at both ends of the political spectrum. “South Park” has often faced criticism from various groups, but Adams-Ginyard stressed that its equal-opportunity approach is what makes it effective. In her words, the country faces real challenges, and the series has a way of spotlighting them through humor.
Adams-Ginyard portrayed a Black, female version of Eric Cartman in “Joining the Panderverse,” an episode that lampooned progressive culture. Despite her political leanings, she made it clear she isn’t offended when the show ridicules figures like Trump or his allies, including Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. Instead, she applauds the series’ ability to find comedy in both the left and the right.
Looking ahead, Adams-Ginyard even suggested another potential subject for Parker and Stone’s sharp-edged storytelling: California Governor Gavin Newsom. For her, no public figure should be off-limits when it comes to satire.
When asked about conservatives who take issue with the show’s jokes, Adams-Ginyard argued that many on the right are capable of laughing at themselves. In her view, the left tends to be more resistant when the punchlines are directed their way.
Off tomorrow but watching these South Park specials and can’t stop laughing.

Adams-Ginyard shrugged off Trump’s camp, dismissing the program as irrelevant, noting that the president can say what he wants, but it doesn’t change the fact that the beloved animated series continues to entertain with its cultural discussions.
She also weighed in on late-night television, reacting to Stephen Colbert’s recent departure. Adams-Ginyard admitted she was glad to see him leave the airwaves and even mentioned another talk show she hopes will eventually meet the same fate.
