The $50 Million Lawsuit Against Priscilla Presley
*Priscilla Presley, 80, is facing an explosive amended lawsuit from former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. Filed September 5, 2025, in Los Angeles Superior Court, the suit demands more than $50 million in damages and accuses Presley of fraud, breach of contract, and decades-long exploitation of the Presley family name.
The amended complaint goes even further than the original August filing, alleging that Priscilla financially pressured Elvis Presley in the months before his death in 1977, contributing to his decline. Plaintiffs describe her as a “calculated sociopath and master of deception” who has profited from the Presley name for decades, People is reporting.
Alongside damages, the suit seeks an injunction blocking Priscilla from profiting off her name, image, or likeness outside of their joint ventures, as well as halting what they call her “master plan” to control assets like Graceland.

Key Allegations Against Priscilla Presley
Financial Extortion and the Graceland Lien: The suit claims that in April 1977, just months before Elvis’s death, Priscilla placed a $494,024 lien on Graceland. Plaintiffs argue this exerted financial pressure that “pushed him to his death.”
Manipulation of Elvis’s Estate: After Elvis’s death in August 1977, Priscilla allegedly used the lien to pressure Elvis’s ailing father, Vernon Presley, into naming her co-executor of the estate, a move they claim was against his wishes. The filing cites further alleged demands, including a $13 million payout in 2005.
Ongoing Exploitation: Plaintiffs accuse Priscilla of repeatedly using the Presley family name for her benefit, including a 2022 partnership meant to shield her from $700,000 in tax debt. The filing references alleged communications with granddaughter Riley Keough, claiming Riley admitted protecting Priscilla from lawsuits Lisa Marie considered filing before her death.
Lisa Marie Presley Allegations: The amended complaint also revives shocking accusations from August 2025, including claims that Priscilla ignored Lisa Marie’s health issues and “pulled the plug” on life support in 2023 to seize control of her estate. Priscilla has called these charges “disgusting” and “a malicious character assassination.”

Priscilla Presley’s Response: Denial
Priscilla has forcefully denied the claims. Her attorney, Marty Singer, called the Elvis-related allegations “absurd and despicable,” mocking them alongside conspiracy theories: “Priscilla did not have anything to do with the assassination of JFK, she did not cover up Area 51, she did not fake the moon landing, and she is not secretly keeping Bigfoot locked in a cabin in Canada. Take off the aluminum foil hat and face reality.”
In a joint statement with Riley Keough, Priscilla said: “These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another.”
Singer argues that the lawsuit is retaliation for Priscilla’s July 2024 elder abuse lawsuit against Kruse and Fialko, in which she accused them of stealing $1 million and forcing her into “indentured servitude” under a partnership that took 80% of her income.
