*A Frontier Airlines passenger caught more than her flight recently when she threatened to kill her fellow travelers, among other things, during a meltdown she had during her trip.
According to TooFab, the passenger, Dulce Huertas, received federal charges for her role in the incident, which occurred in November after a flight from Orlando, Florida to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that the 60-year-old was arrested and charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault, and indecent exposure.
At the time, the situation, which was captured on video by another passenger, was shared online. In the clip, Huertas — is seen drawing attention to herself in a very not so subtle way, exclaiming, “Sorry, everybody. I don’t give a f–k. F–k you! I gotta go pee!”
From there, she drops trou in the middle of the aisle, while squatting down as if she were urinating. Turns out, Huertas didn’t actually relieve herself in the aisle. Instead, she just pulled up her pants as the other passengers started screaming about her behavior.
Referencing a criminal complaint it obtained, TooFab mentioned Huertas was served “two alcoholic drinks” during the short flight. After she was served, the elder told a flight attendant “I have to pee” as her plane was about to land. She’s accused of then “yelling and cursing” at A flight attendant who told Huerta to sit down caught the unruly passenger’s wrath with the seasoned traveler accused of then “yelling and cursing, before the other passengers caught her attention once the plane began taxxing at the gate.

“Once the plane arrived at the gate and the seatbelt sign was turned off — but before any external doors were opened to allow passengers to leave the aircraft — Huertas resumed her aggressive behavior and pushed passengers out of the way as she moved to the front of the plane,” the complaint said. “Huertas approached the forward lavatory but Huertas was stopped by the flight attendants as they were disarming the main cabin door. Huertas then said, ‘Sorry, everybody,’ and pulled her pants and underwear down as she squatted as if to urinate in the aisle.'”
The adults weren’t the only ones experiencing the drama. Children nearby as Huerto showed out were witness to her foolishness, the complaint acknowledged, adding that she “displayed her anus and genitalia” in the process.
Continuing her situation, Huertas took it to another level when she allegedly tried to get off the plane — with flight attendants she would “open one of the external doors and activate an emergency slide” — before she used “her belly to bump” another flight attendant out of the way and “continued to yell, curse, and threaten to kill multiple passengers,” TooFab reports
Officials alluded to by the outlet reveal Huerta faces a maximum 21-year and 3-month sentence, three years supervised released and a $355,000 fine.
