*Two women previously identified as minors in Diddy’s most recent sexual assault lawsuit have come forward, asserting they are of legal age, according to Diddy’s attorney.
The two women are mentioned in producer Rodney Jones’ controversial lawsuit, claiming Diddy sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him for more than a year. The complaint also details how Diddy allegedly engaged in sexual acts with underage girls.
Jones included photos in his lawsuit depicting Diddy and his son Justin Combs partying with women who he claims are minors. However, Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, contends that the women feel “grossly mislabeled.”
Holley revealed that one of the women is a 33-year-old woman named Chelsea.
As previously reported, Jones claims he served as Comb’s videographer from September 2022 to November 2023 while traveling with him. Throughout this period, he documented extensive video and audio evidence of Combs, his associates, and additional individuals participating in significant unlawful activities.
One of the allegations is that Combs coerced Jones into arranging sex workers and insisted on his involvement in unwanted sexual acts with them and others. Additionally, it’s claimed that Combs provided spiked alcoholic drinks to guests at his parties.
Jones’ new 73-page suit from names Diddy’s son Justin Combs, Lucian Grainge, Ethiopia Habtemariam, Kristina Khorram, Chalice Recording Studios, Love Records, Motown Records, Universal Music Group, and Combs Global Enterprises, per Complex.
The suit does not name Usher and Meek Mill directly but explicitly states that “a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj” had sexual relations with Diddy. The document also notes that an artist who had a Vegas residency and performed at the Superbowl is another victim of Diddy.
Meanwhile, Oscar-winning Cuba Gooding Jr. is also accused of sexual assault by Jones, who claims the actor groped and fondled him at one of Diddy’s yacht parties.
“Mr. Combs had dominion and control over the actions of Cuba Gooding Jr. and failed to step in and stop Cuba Gooding Jr. from sexually assaulting Mr. Jones,” the suit alleges.
The new lawsuit comes three months after Diddy settled a $30 million dollar lawsuit with Cassie after she accused him of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence, NBC News reports. Diddy is facing several more lawsuits with similar accusations.
Jones is seeking $30 million.
In a statement given to TMZ, Shawn Holley said, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
