*Alrighty then! Today’s Social Heat is ready fo’ ya! First up, #KanyeWest has been named a suspect in a battery investigation. This comes after footage surfaced of him in a heated conversation with paparazzi and an apparent fan. The video shows an upset Ye (and water is wet), confronting a woman and accusing her of following him. At one point he’s seen grabbing the phone out of the woman’s hand and tossing it down the street.

Terrence J had the pleasure of being over in Dubai for that spectacular Beyonce performance not too long ago. Well, he was a guest on “The Breakfast Club” on Friday to promote the “Fear” movie and noted that the $24 million that Beyonce was reportedly paid was more like $45 million! Before the interview ended, Terrence J gave some inside details on Bey’s show

Whooo Lawd! Interviewer Van Lathan and ex-NFL player (and sports show host) Emmanuel Ancho got into a heated back and forth on Twitter. You see, Ancho feels that as a Nigerian American, he does not have “generational trauma.” He believes that this allows him to communicate messages on racial conflict more effectively. Lathan responded, calling Ancho an “emotional butler” for white people. Also, note that Ancho’s methodology is harmful. Oh yeah, there’s also this. Lathan’s co-host, Rachel Lindsay, is good friends with Ancho, who later accused the co-host of manipulating his relationship with Lindsey to lure him on the show to air out his grievances publicly. *Thoughts?*
