*Prosecutors in the Jonathan Majors domestic violence case in Manhattan have filed a 115-page document that reveals the actor was involved in a previously unreported incident involving his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari and London police.

The legal docs also counter reports that Jabbari was to be charged in Majors’ NYC assault case. The “Creed III” star was arrested on March 25 in New York City following an alleged violent assault against Jabbari. Majors’ legal team, however, has alleged that Jabbari was the aggressor in the incident.

The new 115-page filing obtained by Variety comes a day before Majors is set to appear in court on Oct. 25 as part of a final pre-trial hearing. The judge will determine whether to proceed with the case or dismiss it altogether.

Among the allegations in the filing are that Majors’ legal team misrepresented court evidence, and prosecutors dismissed reports that Jabbari faces charges for domestic violence alleged by Majors in a counter-claim.

The documents also reveal that Majors and Jabbari were taking a private car from a Brooklyn party to their Chelsea apartment on March 25 when she saw a text message on his phone that read, “Wish I was kissing you right now.” As Variety reports, when she allegedly snatched the phone out of his hands to see who sent the message, Majors “began grabbing the right side of Ms. Jabbari’s body and prying Ms. Jabbari’s right middle finger off the phone, causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain,” per the filing.

Majors “then grabbed Ms. Jabbari’s arm and right hand and proceeded to twist Ms. Jabbari’s forearm, causing substantial pain to her finger and arm. The defendant then struck Ms. Jabbari’s right ear, causing a laceration to the back of her ear and substantial pain,” the filing states.

After the two exited the vehicle, Majors retrieved his phone and allegedly “grabbed her, picked her up, and threw her back inside … [and] sustained substantial pain, including a fractured finger, bruising about her body, a laceration behind her right ear, and a bump on her head,” according to the filing, per Variety.

The 115-page filing also calls into question a London Metropolitan Police report from September 2022.

Per Variety, “While it is unclear what that report contains, the filing references medical care obtained by Jabbari at that time. Jabbari is a citizen of the U.K., and Majors was in London during that period, filming season two of the Disney+ Marvel series “Loki,” ” the outlet writes.

According to prosecutors, the London report is relevant to the Manhattan case.
