*Boosie Badazz has labeled his longtime friend T.I. a “rat” after the latter admitted he snitched on a deceased cousin to beat a gun charge.
Boosie tells VladTV that he and T.I. are no longer friends, and the album they were working on has been scrapped.
The drama started when the self-proclaimed King Of The South admitted in an episode of the experdiTIously podcast in 2020 that he caught a gun charge with his cousin, but it was later dismissed.
“After he had passed, I had a talk with him. Toot said, ‘I’ll take all the charges you got! If you can walk away free and put it on me, goddamn right!” Tip claims his cousin told him, according to Hot New Hip Hop.
As TMZ reports, Boosie says he received a slew of angry texts about T.I.’s remarks, which partially lead to his decision to walk away from the joint project they were working on.
“I think he went up there and got to f*ckin’ talkin’,” Boosie said. “I’m like why the f*ck he say that when we got a f*cking album ‘bout to come out?!”
“It ruined everything,” he added.
