*Beyoncé took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce her forthcoming haircare line.

The post includes a carousel of images featuring a throwback photo of young Bey at a hair salon. There’s also a handwritten note explaining the inspiration behind her latest business venture.

“How many of y’all knew my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon? Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done,” Beyoncé wrote.

“I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon. I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls,” she continued.

She concluded with, “I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating.”

Several fans expressed excitement in the comments of her IG post (see above). One person wrote, “Ohhh snap.. not she finna have me comb out my locs just so I can use her new leave in conditioner.”

IG user @WeTheCulture joked, “the way this already sold out before it dropped” and @MilkMakeup added, “no matter what it is I’ll buy blindly and write a 5 star review.”

Influencer Kalen Allen added, “This is so kind of you to do something about my bald spot! Thank you Queen!”

One fan noted, “Ma’am is on a whole tour AND starting a hair care line. We gotta get to work y’all we aren’t doing enough. Beyoncé has 24 hours in her day and here we are scrolling and liking.”
