*Nia Long and Ime Udoka have called it quits following his scandalous affair with an NBA staffer.
Long was Ime’s longtime girlfriend/partner of 12 years, with whom he shares an 11-year-old son named Kez. The former Boston Celtics coach cheated on the veteran actress with the Celtics’ service manager.
According to Daily Mail, Udoka’s mistress is 34-year-old Kathleen Nimmo Lynch –a married mother of three who is said to be a devout Mormon. Her name leaked online after the Celtics refused to identify her amid the league’s announcement about Ime’s suspension.
We reported previously that Udoka’s sexual relationship with Lynch was considered a violation of the organization’s guidelines. After conducting several internal interviews, the team decided to suspend him for the 2022-23 season, per a September statement, ESPN reported. Ime was ultimately sidelined and replaced by Jacque Vaughn.

A source exclusively confirms to PEOPLE that Long, 51, and Udoka, 45, have ended their 13-year-relationship.
“The situation is unfortunate and painful, but Nia is focusing on her children and rebuilding her life,” the source says.
A rep for Long also confirms the couple is “no longer together but remain fully committed to co-parenting their son [Kez].”
“I think the most heartbreaking thing about all of this was seeing my son’s face when the Boston Celtics organization decided to make a very private situation public,” Long told The Hollywood Reporter in a recent interview.
Udoka and his mistress were allegedly caught by the home security camera at the residence she shares with her husband. One Twitter user noted that “Lynch had been talking to Ime on her cell phone and it was picked up by her home “Ring” type door bell. Her husband heard the message and hired an investigator who discovered the entire affair through text messages and other communications.”
Lynch reportedly organized Long’s travel for away games, and assisted in Nia’s recent move with Udoka and their son to Boston, TMZ reports. Insiders tell the outlet that one of the woman’s duties as a staffer for the Celtics was planning travel for Udoka and Long.
Long was blindsided by news of Ime’s affair and had moved to Boston to be closer to him before his cheating became public.
Udoka and Long got engaged in May 2015 but had been in no hurry to tie the knot. Since news of the affair broke, Nia has reportedly moved back to LA with her son.
