Nene Leakes Pushing for Phaedra Parks ‘RHOA’ Return But Kandi is Not Having It

*NeNe Leakes is reportedly pushing hard for Phaedra Parks’ return to “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” with insiders telling lovesbcott.com exclusively that she wants a cast member on the show who is “on her side.”

The problem with her plan is that co-star Kandi Burruss has made it clear that if Phaedra returns she’ll quit the show.

Parks was booted from the series two years ago after she repeated a rumor that Kandi and her husband wanted to drug co-star Porsha Williams and have sex with her inside Burruss’ sex dungeon — something the couple have vehemently denied.

According to B. Scott, the network is not about to risk losing their money maker, as Kandi’s three RHOA spin-offs have been massively successful for Bravo. “For that reason alone, Phaedra’s return is unlikely,” the writes sites.

The celebrity news outlet has also shared some exclusive tea about who is set to return next season:

After Shamari DeVoe made her alcohol-fueled debut this season, we hear that producers are looking to have her return next season — but just in a ‘friend’ capacity.

Sources tell lovebscott.com that producers were initially ‘on the fence’ about Eva Marcille’s return, but ultimately they have decided to give her another peach.

Also, as lovebscott.com exclusively reported earlier this year, Kenya Moore is quietly negotiating her return to the show. Phaedra is still being considered.

Porsha, Kandi, Cynthia, NeNe, and even Tanya and Marlo — are also reportedly expected to return for season 12.
