*Ex-NFL star Kellen Winslow Jr. has been found GUILTY of forcible rape — along with lewd conduct and indecent exposure — and now he’s facing nearly a decade in prison.
This week, a California judge declared a mistrial on the remaining 8 charges … saying the jury was deadlocked and unable to reach a verdict, according to TMZ.
As we previously reported, Winslow, 35, the son of former San Diego Chargers legend Kellen Winslow, allegedly raped two women in Encinitas, Calif., in 2018, as well as an unconscious teenage girl in 2003, and exposed himself to a woman at a Carlsbad gym earlier this year.

Here’s a break down of the case:
- He allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl in 2003 at a home in Scripps Ranch.
- He reportedly lured a 54-year-old transient — who was hitchhiking — into his Hummer for a ride, then raped her on March 17, 2018.
- Later that year in May, he kidnapped, raped and sodomized a 59-year-old homeless woman and threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
Winslow’s three separate cases were reportedly combined into one for the trial.
The San Diego County Superior Court jury on Monday found him guilty of the attack on the homeless woman and also guilty of indecent exposure and lewd conduct involving two other women, but jurors found him not guilty of one count of a lewd act, fox.com reports.
He was facing life imprisonment if convicted on all charges, but currently faces up to nine years in prison.
It’s unclear if prosecutors intend to retry the charges that resulted in a mistrial.

The judge earlier denied a defense motion to dismiss the undecided charges involving the alleged rapes of a 54-year-old hitchhiker and the unconscious teen. The jury told the court Monday it was deadlocked on the other charges but the judge ordered them to resume deliberations on Tuesday.
All five women testified during the nine-day trial. Winslow, who played for Cleveland, Tampa Bay, New England and the New York Jets, did not take the stand.
Defense attorneys argued the alleged victims lied on Winslow as a means to prey on his wealth but the women testified that they didn’t even know he was famous when they met him.
The prosecutor argued that Winslow is a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.”
