*Christmas has come early for the Beyhive as Beyonce’s “Lemonade” is finally being served on Spotify and Apple Music.
Hours after she her “Homecoming” documentary hit Netflix, along with its accompanying live album, Variety announced that the singer will release the audio from her award-winning “Lemonade” film on all major streaming services on April 23. This will mark the first time the album will be available on platforms other than TIDAL, Complex reports.
The release comes exactly three years after “Lemonade” debuted on HBO. The project was the best-selling album of 2016, shifting 2.5 million copies worldwide and earning Grammys for best urban contemporary album and best music video, per nme.com.

Meanwhile, to accompany the release of her highly anticipated Netflix documentary, “Homecoming,”(which is currently available on the streaming site) Beyonce dropped a surprise LIVE album of the same name early Wednesday morning.
The project was recorded when she headlined the 2018 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival in Indio, California.
The “Homecoming” tracks are not new but rather some of your favorite Queen Bey songs accompanied by a drumline + a bonus track = Bey’s studio cover of Frankie Beverly and Maze’s “Before I Let Go,” which she covered during her Destiny’s Child days back in 1997. Her rendition also appears over the end credits of the documentary.
There’s a version of daughter Blue Ivy covering “Lift Every Voice and Sing” in rehearsals (which Bey also sang in the show).
“Homecoming” features footage of Beyonce preparing for her historic Coachella performance, and also offers an intimate look at her home life with husband Jay-Z and their children, including twins Rumi and Sir.
