Whoa! Indian Surgeons Remove ‘Heaviest Recorded’ Brain Tumour

*There’s a guy in India whose been given a whole new leash on life. His name is Santlal Pal and he had a massive tumor removed from his head after 7 grueling hours of surgery.

Pal, a 31-year-old shopkeeper, had been burdened with the massive growth for three years and was told it could not be operated on.

Doctors at Mumbai’s BYL Nair hospital where he was treated said the tumour was so large “it appeared as if he had two heads mounted on top of each other.”

“It was an extremely daunting and complex surgery,” the hospital’s head of neurosurgery Trimurti Nadkarni said.

We can only image the skill it took for the procedure to be successful.
