*With news that his marriage is on the rocks, Stephen Belafonte pulled out a photo from the vault that suggests he and newly estranged wife Mel B had embarked on a threesome.
According to reports, the photo above first appeared on Instagram last year when the 41-year-old shared the snap belonging to Kim Kardashian, and tagged Mel. Teasing and poking fun with fans, Belafonte wrote beside the shot: “Is that my mouth?? Is that @officialmelb ring?”
Kim K later cleared up the threesome talk by explaining that the risqué photo was one of a series of shots taken at a party, which Mel and Stephen had been present at. Kardashian made clear that none of the implied erotic antics had happened, and that the photos were a creative experiment by the group, per Daily Mail.
The reappearance of the photo – featuring two women and one man with his hand between their thighs – comes as Stephen’s brother, Jeremiah Belafonte, spills the tea about the couple having an ‘open and loose’ relationship – which led to their divorce.

Speaking to the Kyle and Jackie O Show in Australia, Jeremiah said the couple enjoyed “a very fun loose open kind of relationship” – but Stephen “was looking at it like a kid in a candy store.”
“In my opinion – and I am only giving my opinion here – if you’re not a very mature person and you’re not very solid, if you’re going to look at that as a licence to then do whatever the hell you want the someone is going to end up feeling unappreciated,” Jeremiah said.
He went on to speculate that their relationship may have broken down because Stephan wasn’t being receptive of Mel’s feelings.
“He’s not a bad guy by any means but he can be a little rough around the edges and he wasn’t probably picking up on the signs that Melanie wasn’t quite happy,” Jeremiah said.
Brother Jeremiah also discussed the couple’s sexual appetites to the Daily Star, claiming, “They liked to bring a stripper over and have a little fun and stuff like that.”
The black and white photo above surfaced the same day that Mel B was seen heading to a divorce lawyer in LA.
