*Lakewood Ranch, FL – Core Elementz, a subscription-based sports, fitness and nutrition company, has achieved an unprecedented amount of growth since its inception earlier this year. It has already made an impact in the lives of many successful professional athletes and is now focusing its outreach on the youth market and the general public.

“These programs can positively impact every client’s life, not only on a physical level, but through character development, empowering individuals to reach their goals and to educate them on proper training and techniques to help them develop their craft,” said Core Elementz Co-Founder Jason Riley. He has been working as a professional sports trainer specializing in a holistic approach to training and nutrition to deliver exceptional performance on and off the field for all his clients.

Riley noted, however, that what Core Elementz has to offer is not limited to the already established pros. “We seek to improve the athletic capabilities of today’s youth, as well as promote quality of life for those that are no longer in athletics or just looking to improve their body composition, weight loss and focus on disease prevention,” he said.

Notable clients of Jason Riley include New York Yankee legend Derek Jeter, Major League Baseball All-Stars Ryan Zimmerman, Ryan Howard and Tyler Clippard, former NBA All-Stars Vince Carter and Chauncey Billups and tennis stars Maria Sharapova and John Isner, among others. Recently, Philadelphia Eagles’ tight end Trey Burton was featured in NFLSpinZone.com, where he credited Riley as well as the programs put together by Core Elementz to his offseason improvements.

The level of training and coaching for those athletes is the same that is provided to any other Core Elementz client, Riley added.

One particular priority in the ongoing client expansion efforts for Core Elementz is targeting today’s youth. According to a recent study, less than 5 percent of Americans enjoy ideal cardiovascular health and today’s teens have a shorter life expectancy than people of prior generations. Conversely, children who play sports are eight times more likely to be active as adults than those who do not play sports growing up.

ABOUT CORE ELEMENTZ:
Founded in 2015 in Lakewood Ranch, FL, Core Elementz is the only online fitness and nutrition experience that offers its clients the same level of training as professional athletes. The company currently provides streaming video workouts, sports-specific skill, speed and strength training, 30-day meal and nutritional programs, all natural NSF Sports Certified supplements and a kid’s corner training section. Among the sports activities Core Elementz currently provides include soccer, baseball, football and MMA, and looks to expand into golf, tennis, basketball and more in the very near future.
