*Many fast food chains love to supersize items on their menu, but In-N-Out Burger will take the practice to another level in supersizing itself with its biggest location.
Taking to its official X account, the popular eatery broke the news that Las Vegas will be where it will put an 8,000 square-foot eatery inside the Blvd shopping center on the Vegas strip.
Expectations put the In-N-Out spot opening sometime in 2026 on the third floor alongside a 2,500-square-foot patio. With a total of 10,500 square feet, sources say the Blvd In-N-Out will be the restaurant’s largest site.
Highlighting initial plans, The Sun reports a huge In-N-Out Burger sign illuminated with the legendary yellow arrow on top will be featured as well as old school pictures on the walls and its red and white classic diner color pattern. The majority of the walls will be glass to highlight the lights and sights of the Las Vegas strip.
“This restaurant will be over 8,000 square feet on one level and will offer dining room service and outdoor seating,” In-N-Out” posted on Instagram. “This dining room will be much larger than your typical In-N-Out, but it will still maintain the In-N-Out signature retro appearance.”
The coming In-N-Out isn’t the only one found in Vegas. According to its website, there are five In-N-Out Burger locations in Las Vegas, including one at the LINQ near the High Roller observation wheel.
Despite being located close to the pending In-N-Out, the Linq location is expected to remain open for customers.
In the US, In-N-Out Burger has more than 380 locations, with most of them based in California and the Southwest. Baldwin Park, California housed the first In-N-Out, which opened in 1948.
Chatting with SFGate, In-N-Out’s vice president of store development Mike Abbate, In-N-Out’s vice mentioned the Blvd location is currently in the “plan check process” phase.

As it stands now, the Blvd In-N-Out is expected to open sometime in 2026. News of the opening has caused social media users to mark the In-N-Out as a go-to destination, with some using the restaurant as a reason for a return to Vegas. For others, a traffic nightmare looks to be on the horizon for those traveling on or around where the restaurant will be.
“In N Out is the best fast food joint in America. No contest in my book. Now I have a reason to visit Vegas!” one In-N-Out fan expressed.
One person took to social media to say: “Parking will probably cost more than your order,” another user wrote, as a fellow user advised, “Don’t even bother with a drive-thru, the traffic is already terrible on the strip lol.”
Whether or not, the largest In-N-Out will be a hit with Vegas residents and visitors is up for grabs.
The year 2026 is a long way out, but it doesn’t take away the fact that more than a few fast-food franchises have closed their doors amid the industry’s struggling times. Those that have closed locales include Denny’s, Outback Steakhouse, Chili’s, Subway, KFC, Red Lobster, and Wendy’s, which confirmed at the end of October that it would shut down 140 “poor performing” and “outdated” locations across the country by the end of the year.
