Aaron Hall Finally Found After Months Under the Radar
*The Aaron Hall lawsuit has taken a major turn after the R&B singer was finally located. Process servers had reportedly spent more than a year trying to find Hall.
Sources say Hall had remained under the radar, delaying service and slowing progress in the Aaron Hall lawsuit. That changed when he was found in Georgia.
Process Server Tracks Hall to Georgia Motel
According to multiple reports, process server Andrew Drake located Hall on February 2, 2026. Hall was staying at an Extended Stay America motel in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The suburb sits about 40 miles north of Atlanta and had not been previously linked to Hall. His discovery ended a prolonged search tied to the Aaron Hall lawsuit.

Inside the Moment Hall Was Served Papers
Drake arrived at the motel around 11:58 a.m. and obtained Hall’s room number from the front desk. He knocked twice before Hall opened the door.
After confirming his identity, Hall reportedly asked what the papers were for and refused to accept them. The documents were left at his feet, which is a valid service under Georgia law.
What Hall Was Wearing When Found
Hall was described as wearing a tan hoodie with the words “Always Thinking Big.” He also reportedly wore a black durag and had a white beard, Rolling Out reports.
The description was included in the service report connected to the Aaron Hall lawsuit. Such details help establish proper identification.
Allegations Behind the Aaron Hall Lawsuit
The Aaron Hall lawsuit was filed by Liza Gardner, who alleges she was sexually assaulted in 1990. Gardner says she was 16 years old at the time.
The civil suit also names Sean “Diddy” Combs as a co-defendant. Both Hall and Combs have denied all allegations.
Search for Hall Spanned Multiple States
Efforts to serve Hall reportedly stretched across states, including California and Ohio. Private investigators were involved, with repeated attempts beginning in mid-2024.
Hall was never officially reported missing, but his alleged avoidance stalled the Aaron Hall lawsuit. The case could not advance without proper service.
Why Service Changes Everything Now
With service complete, the Aaron Hall lawsuit can now proceed through the courts. Legal steps that were previously paused can now move forward.
The story has been covered by AllHipHop, HotNewHipHop, Rolling Out, and The Source. It has also generated widespread discussion across social media.
