*A second woman has died from injuries she sustained during a stampede at a rapper GloRilla’s concert in Rochester, New York on Sunday.

As EUR reported previously, several people were critically injured after a large crowd surged following the concert with GloRilla and Finesse2Tymes. According to reports, the crowd panicked when they thought they heard gunshots at the Main Street Armory.

Police Chief David M. Smith said there is no “evidence of gunshots being fired or of anyone being shot or stabbed at the scene.”

Three women were taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where one of them — a 33-year-old woman — was pronounced dead, according to Rochester police. The other two victims were listed in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

Seven additional concert-goers were dropped off by private vehicles at area hospitals with injuries that were not considered life-threatening but were related to the same incident, according to a police report.

One of the deceased women has been identified as Rhondesia Belton of Buffalo, NY. The name of the other woman has not been released.

The victims reportedly died from severe crush injuries, according to reports.

“I am devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show,” GloRilla tweeted on Monday. “My fans mean the world to me praying for their families & for a speedy recovery of everyone affected.”

The deaths are the latest in a series of unfortunate events that have occurred at the rapper’s live shows. At one recent concert, as SandraRose reported, a fan tried to snatch off the rapper’s wig so GloRilla took off and flung it to the crowd. “The fan who caught the wig reportedly took it to a hair salon and had it professionally installed on her head,” SandRose writes.

Last month at the Complex Club in Oakland, a displeased person threw a drink at GloRilla when she didn’t perform for the crowd after reportedly being paid $30K to make an appearance.
