*John Boyega hasn’t spoken to Jamie Foxx since the actor fell ill in April.

The pair star in the new Netflix sci-fi comedy “They Cloned Tyrone” along with Teyonah Parris. The tale follows the three as they get caught up in a mysterious government conspiracy. Per THR, ”They Cloned Tyrone” is directed by Juel Taylor and co-written by Taylor and Tony Rettenmaier. Foxx serves as producer on the film but due to his recent health scare, he missed the premiere of the film last week. Boyega revealed that he’s made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Foxx.

“I’ve been calling, I’m just gonna keep on calling,” the “Star Wars” actor stated, The Independent reports.

Boyega added, “He better pick up. Come on, Jamie!”

We reported previously that a rep for Foxx responded to the unsubstantiated claim that he suffered a medical injury that left him partially blind from the COVID-19 vaccine.

Recently, Dr. Peter McCullough seemed to suggest that the Hollywood star suffered a stroke following the COVID vaccine. The allegation was first made by a former New York Daily News reporter on the online talk show “Ask Dr. Drew.”

Podcaster A.J. Benza told Dr. Drew Pinsky on May 30 that Foxx is “partially paralyzed and blind” after he received a Covid vaccine. Benza claims insiders told him Foxx was forced to get a vaccine while working on a film.

In an exclusive statement to NBC News, Foxx’s rep said that the allegation is “completely inaccurate.”

The rep shared no additional information about the actor’s health. Foxx was hospitalized for an undisclosed illness in April. Last month, his daughter Corrine, 25, took to social media to address reports that her father is on his deathbed.

“Update from family: Sad to see how the media runs wild. My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickle ball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!,” she said, The Root reported.

Corinne shared the statement following reports that the family was “preparing for the worst” amid Foxx’s hospitalization. Another source falsely claimed he was on life support in the ICU.

In May, Mike Tyson said that Foxx was “not feeling well,” adding: “They said [it was] a stroke. I have no idea what happened to him.”
