*Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, the ex-fiancée of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, is being accused of blowing through their daughter’s trust fund.

Jenkins-Hernandez has allegedly spent more than $100,000 on herself, according to an attorney overseeing the trust fund, The Daily Beast reports.

The money she’s reportedly spending at luxury department stores and on classes at a private university is intended for the care of the 10-year-old daughter she shares with Hernandez. The late athlete was convicted of murder prior to taking his own life while in prison in 2017.

Shayanna is their daughter’s conservator, and “receives Hernandez’s pension and social security checks on top of access to the trust, which has some $700,000 still in it,” The Daily Beast writes.

Trustees for the account want the court to strip Shayanna from her role in managing her daughter’s assets. Once the child hits age 25, she will have access to the funds.

In the meantime, representatives for Jenkins-Hernandez deny any wrongdoing, according to The Daily Beast report.

“Any allegation or insinuation that she’s spending money inappropriately or for any other purpose is absolutely false,” her attorney, Stephen Withers, told the Boston Globe.

Jenkins-Hernandez was engaged to the New England Patriots star when he took his life in prison where he was serving a murder sentence.
