*The preliminary results of George Floyd’s autopsy suggest underlying health issues contributed to his death.
According to ABC News, the report, conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, states there were “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation”; however, the combined effects of being pinned down by an officer as well as “his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”
Meanwhile, Floyd’s family and supporters ain’t buying it.
“The family does not trust anything coming from the Minneapolis Police Department. How can they?” the Floyd family’s attorney Ben Crump said during a Friday news conference.

Derek Chauvin, the former police officer charged with third-degree murder in connection with Floyd’s death, had his knee on the victim’s neck for nearly nine minutes, according to a criminal complaint against Chauvin.
We previously reported, Mike Freeman, county attorney for Hennepin County, Minnesota confirmed that Chauvin had been arrested and charged with 3rd-degree murder of George Floyd. Chauvin was seen pressing his knee on the neck of Floyd for almost 10 minutes before he died.
The other 3 officers who were a part of the arrest team with Chauvin, are still under investigation, but no charges have yet been filed.
And just in case anyone wants to deny that Hennepin SA Freeman and Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr Andrew Baker are way too chummy, here’s a picture of Mike Freeman in 2016 giving a “leadership award” to medical examiner Baker.

The M.E. is lying, simply put. He says Floyd had “underlying conditions” and then names “hypertension” and “artery disease.” ?
Family, these “factors” are so general they apply to MOST of the population.

Freeman says this is the fastest they’ve ever charged a cop. He stated that it normally takes 9 months to investigate.
Interestingly, he wouldn’t say if the 3 nights of disturbances accelerated the arrest in any way.
And in case you’re wondering … 3rd-degree murder is a crime committed without premeditation or intent to kill.
“We’re going to take custody back of George Floyd’s body, and we’re bringing in Dr. Michael Baden to perform an independent autopsy because we saw in the Eric Garner case and so many other cases where they have these people who work with the city come up with things that are such an illusion,” Crump said. “They’re going to have their own autopsy. We’re not going to rely on this DA or this city to tell us the truth. We already saw the truth.”
