*Steve Harvey visits “The Talk” Friday and hints at a Kings of Comedy reunion tour. With that in mind …
Eve has a question: “I want to ask you because your boy Cedric The Entertainer was here last week, and he said that you killed it at the “NFL Honors,” and he said that you seem to have that stand up spirit back again, and that you are the key to the Kings of Comedy, which everybody would be excited about. So you have to tell us, if there’s a reunion, is it actually going to happen?”
Harvey responds: “It’s a possibility because this is the 20th anniversary of the release of Kings of Comedy, so we’re thinking about it. But, it’s very difficult because Bernie’s gone. So you know, replacing Bernie for us over the years, we just could never think of doing it without Bernie Mac. So, you know, we haven’t really thought of anybody, you know…”
[Harvey motions playfully towards Sheryl Underwood as a possible replacement.]

Steve Harvey: New Facebook ‘Watch’ Show is ‘a better platform for me’

“When you get took off your daytime talk show by some horrible mistake by another network, you gotta understand that when a door closes all you gotta do is walk up the hall. There’s always more doors,” say Harvey. “My clips were going to viral from my talk show. I was getting more views on Facebook then I was on the TV… So, instead of the show being here in the United States, it becomes global, and it’s better platform for me. It’s less time, but it allows me to just do some of the things I really want to do. You know, there’s no standards and practices,” Harvey jokes. “Y’all say something crazy someone come out from the back.” Referencing to Sharon Osbourne, Harvey admits, “You know, because I’ve watched [“The Talk”] just to hear what you’re going to say today.”
