Tamera: They glamorized and they made something light of something that truly just isn’t. It’s a very serious issue.
Loni Love: I mean… if you’ve never been to a protest, you don’t understand. And this is no shade on Kendall Jenner, but she’s never been to a protest because I don’t see how you could tape that and feel like, “Yeah this is the way to go!” Unless they explained something different to her… maybe they did, you know, when they were pitching it to her. You’ve never been to a protest. People ain’t smiling, people not sitting up here you know, [acts like she is cheering] cheering like that.
Tamera: It’s not a block party.
Loni: No, they’re not. They’re angry. They’re protesting for a reason.
Jeannie Mai: It’s not a block party.
Loni: You know and that’s why people got upset.
