So much so that RadarOnline.com reports that Gordon’s lawyers are filing a motion to dismiss the amended civil suit, which charged their 26-year-old client with giving Brown a “toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious.”
The amended suit, which came after Brown’s death on July 26, stated that the drink was what ultimately led Brown to being found facedown in a water-filled bathtub at the townhouse the couple shared in Roswell, GA., on Jan. 31. Gordon was specifically mentioned as it stated that he beat Brown in the days and weeks before the fatal incident and “put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage” and that he beat Brown in the days and weeks before the fatal incident on that fateful night.
Gordon’s criminal lawyer Jose Baez slammed the amended suit, calling it “slanderous and meritless.”
Late Tuesday (Sept. 8), Gordon’s civil lawyers, W. Bryant Green III and Jonathan M. Broderick, filed documents in the Superior Court of Fulton County (GA.) against Bedelia C. Hargrove, the administrator for Brown’s estate, according to Radar Online, which spoke to a source, who revealed that eight points detailing why the court should dismiss the case against Gordon were found in the court documents.
Points raised include the fact that Gordon is not a Georgia resident; that he’s been a resident of Florida since the initial filing of the suit; that Gordon “did not commit any tortious act or omission within the state of Georgia. Plaintiff alleges no proof, several false criminal and frivolous claims against the Defendant”; that Gordon does not own, use or possess any real property in Ga.; that “Gordon and Bobbi Kristina were never married, as such, there are no proceeding for divorce, separate maintenance, annulment, or other domestic relations actions that may ordinarily occur in this state.”
The motion further emphasized its argument for Gordon having nothing to do with committing the alleged acts, stating, “Plaintiff’s Complaint as answered by Defendant contains several unsupported conclusory, untrue criminal accusations that Defendant Nicholas Gordon committed acts that he simply did not do. Plaintiff has not provided any evidence including but not limited to, affidavits, police reports, indictments, and or any documentation to support baseless claims made against Defendant…”
Green and Broderick go on to reference additional documents they’ve filed which reveal for the first time Gordon’s account of what really happened the night Brown was found in her bathtub.
According to the documents, Gordon claims “the parties went out on the night in question, then he (Gordon) reviewed video footage and then had an argument with Ms. Brown and that he changed clothes. Defendant denies the remaining allegations…”
He further claims “that someone went into the master bedroom and found Ms. Brown face down in the bathtub, and that Ms. Brown appeared unconscious and unresponsive at that time. Defendant denies the remaining allegations….”
Boosie Badazz Suing Mark Zuckerberg for $20M Over Instagram Ban
*Boosie Badazz is suing Mark Zuckerberg after his Instagram account was shut down in August.
We previously reported… the rapper pleaded with Zuckerberg to restore his Instagram page after he was banned for constantly promoting sexually suggestive photos from his OnlyFans account.
“They just took my Instagram,” Boosie said in a video message shared with fans at the time(see above). “Mark Zuckinburger, I need to talk to you. Bosses need to talk to bosses [sic]. I don’t know what I did but I need my Instagram back. I don’t even know what I did! But this is how I feed my family. Mark, do not do this to 2020. Do not take Boosie off Instagram! We need to talk, Mark.”
Boosie claims the ban affected his business and now he’s suing for $20 million for racial discrimination.

“He made some of my business ventures go down, so I’m suing him now. I’m filing a lawsuit against him now,” he said in an interview for VLADTV released on Thursday, December 3. He claimed, “He stopped me of Instagram and he didn’t put me back on Instagram. And it’s affecting my business.”
Boosie noted that there are plenty of people who have been banned from the Instagram platform who have done way worse things than him, but those accounts were resorted.
“So you can give other 2 million people their Instagram back for derogatory things they did,” he said. “This is discrimination,” he went on accusing. “Something is wrong. Somebody must be mad cuz I say their name wrong and they’re trying to chastise me.”

Trial of Nipsey Hussle’s Alleged Killer, Eric Holder, Delayed Due to COVID
*The trial for Eric Holder, the alleged killer of Nipsey Hussle, has been delayed for at least 90 days due to COVID-19 concerns, according to New York Daily News.
“I really don’t how we can realistically expect to see this case go to trial anytime in the next 90 days or more,” the report quotes Judge Robert J. Perry as saying. “Mr. Holder, I don’t know what to tell you except that the court system and this county are plagued by a sickness that we call the COVID virus, and the court system has been very much impacted. You have the right to a speedy trial. What counsel is suggesting is that we have you come back on the 21st of January and see where we are and try to have a trial within 30 days of the 21st, but you’ve heard my comments, I don’t think that’s going to happen.”
The judge confirmed that Holder is being held in isolation, UPROXX reprots.
We previously reported, Holder, 29, is accused of fatally shooting the beloved rap star outside his clothing store in Los Angeles in 2019.
According to TMZ, Holder became enraged when Nipsey talked back to him after he fired off two shots that hit the L.A. native.
Sources at the scene of Nipsey’s murder tell us … after Eric Holder allegedly shot Nipsey twice and the rapper fell to the ground, Nipsey raised his head and said something to the effect of, “You shot me, you got me, I’m good.”
We’re told Holder — who had already started to walk away — turned around and walked back in Nipsey’s direction when he realized the rapper was still alive. That’s when Holder fired additional shots at Nipsey … those bullets, eyewitnesses believe, that killed him.
At the time of his death, Nipsey Hussle was 33 was working on several civic development projects to renew his Los Angeles neighborhood. For this reason, Holder claims was paid to kill Nipsey, according to unconfirmed reports.
As noted by RollingOut: This claim has been published by media outlets, Lipstick Alley, Hip-hop Wired, Daily Motion and others, based on unconfirmed sources from an Instagram post. According to these sources, Holder has stated that he was propositioned by someone in the Los Angeles Police Department to assassinate Nipsey Hussle. This alleged proposition was that Holder would receive $75,000 and would not be charged.
‘It Has to Stop, Mr. President’: This Georgia GOP Election Official is OVER Trump’s Recount Antics (Watch)
*A top election official with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office on Tuesday called on President Donald Trump to condemn and “stop inspiring”recent threats of violence as the state finishes a second recount of the presidential election.
Gabriel Sterling, Georgia’s Republican voting system implementation manager, has gone viral for yelling at President Trump to stop the recount charade in his state, and calling on Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler (currently in a runoff election) to step up and denounce death threats that have been delivered to election workers.
“It has to stop. Mr. President, you have not condemned these actions or this language. Senators, you have not condemned this language or these actions. This has to stop. We need you to step up. And if you’re going to take a position of leadership, show some,” Sterling said during a press conference Tuesday.
He cited as an example a 20-year-old tech employee in Gwinnett County who received death threats and was made the subject of a noose image disseminated online that read he should be “hung for treason.”
“All of you who have not said a damn word are complicit in this!” Sterling said.
