*Ne-Yo‘s battle with ex-girlfriend/baby mama and “Atlanta Exes” star Monyetta Shaw over him being legally recognized as his children’s father has ended in court.
He filed a lawsuit against her back in October. He demanded a court order that he’d be legally recognized as the father of their daughter and son.
The lawsuit could be because he wants court-determined child support or even custody, but he wouldn’t be able to get either if he wasn’t recognized as the father, according to theJasmineBRAND.com.
A Georgia judge ruled in favor of Ne-Yo. He granted the singer-songwriter legal recognition as his two children’s father. The case closed the same day.
